Hired this company to do a full remodel of a homenAfter getting an estimate we set a date for install the plumber showed up a day late and worked for a few hours then left never to be seen againnA couple days later we received a txt saying we need to find a new plumber and left us hanging 1 week to inspectionnI get that people are busy but be up front with your customers if you can’t take on the job don’t

Had gotten an estimate for water heater for a home we were buying, after many delays, we finally got the home. Old water heater was toast on move-in day.nSweaty movers. Tons of dishes from feeding crew n guests. And no hot bleeping water.nJahnke honored the estimate they had given us originally. No requoting. Don't know if that's their SOP, but I'm glad they did. We also wouldn't have minded paying a difference had costs changed, that can happen.nnThey got the unit ordered and installed in less than 48 hours!nStandard call charge n supernCourteous. Profession. Neat. Explained things thoroughly.nMy dogs even liked him right away!nnAfter it fills n heats, I'll update review. (PVC glue is curing)
