Cobblestone Auto Spa; Phoenix - 75th & Encanto

Have been a customer since they opened last year, last month I went in and had to get a new sticker, the next time my account was charged it was a higher amount than normal. I went in today and spoke with one of the managers without even looking at my account he said that it was a one month promotion and the first month was one price and the second was a higher amount. I told him I had my plan since they opened so then his story changed to oh that’s a promotion too we’ve been open for a year and it’s over. So I asked to change my account he tells me I’m getting a refund of 10 and some change but had to pay 9.71 today. I asked why and he couldn’t explain to me. He got an attitude seemed bothered that I was asking why. He called someone and I told him if he couldn’t explain then I would just cancel. He hung up the phone and said okay then. I told him I didn’t want to cancel but if he couldn’t explain to me why I would. Then he called someone again this time spoke to someone they told him to credit me but still wanted to charge me a penny. Still didn’t make sense to me so I told him to just cancel. He had this attitude to him during most of my interaction with him, I was never loud or rude with him so the attitude he had was uncalled for. He gave me a number to call but never bothered to tell me they were already closed. Still want an valid explanation for the charge and also the refund and payment he was attempting to make. If the promotion was for a year then I would have been charged a higher amount since September of this year and the higher charge did not take place till October after my sticker was changed. The attitude employees have can make or break a business and the customer’s experience.

My new favorite place, I recently installed huge over sized 37" Tall mud tires wheels , they are 26" Wheels X 14" Wide tires on my Hummer H2 with a 4inch lift, , and I've been struggling all year hand washing this monster myself since it's so big, wide and tall, it doesn't fit in any other car washes with the tire rails being so narrow, THIS place has NO rails witch is awesome for people like me. Now my huge 14" Wide mud tires fit with no problem, My 7' foot tall Hummer H2 made it right through the tunnel with no problem. Finally a Perfect car wash that solved my problem!! I love it ,and now I'm signed up with unlimited washes!! Their staff ladies are EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! And Very professional. 5 star Rating

I love this car wash!! I go out of my way to only wash my cars here! The staff is on top of their game and get you in and out fast! After the wash, there are plenty of towels provided so you can wipe down your vehicle. The vacuumes are great! I love this car wash!!

This was an amazing experience! The rep helped me to choose the best option (unlimited) car washes which helped me to actually get the most bang for my buck. I gifted it to my husband for his birthday and he has been enjoying it since. Thank you

It is a nice place to go get your car washed the staff is friendly and polite and they will help you if you need anything they equipment is nice the space where you go pull up to vacuum your car and clean it out also nice the vacuums are nice they always work they not raggedy everything is great I love this place!!!
