Pros- This place is awesome good customer service and your best bet is to get a monthly unlimited wash pass. You save time and money plus they give you these little colored wax covered paper squares that are sealed in plastic. You and your passengers noses will like enjoy the opening of these little things. Cons,- twice now my windshield wipers have been damaged and broken
They used to have air hoses to get water out of the nooks and crannies but the time before and today they spent have them. The vacuum I pulled up to didn't work, disappointed is the best description!!! Good thing a different car wash is opening next to Ross on Indian School.
I used to really like this car wash, it was actually the only one I ever went to, but today for the first time I tried paying with my Chase card and it was declined. The machine didn't read my card and the touchless pay feature does not work. The gentleman attempted to help me but my card was inserted so many times that my account was closed for fraud. Not only that, I HAD to reverse all the way back to the entrance with multiple cars behind me and that was humiliating. I'm so sad a young boy had to help me with no managerial help, taking my business elsewhere.
Car wash is not even that old but their machines are broken already, I paid for tire shine they admitted that their machine has been broken for months and they gave me gave me a tire shine swipe. Now the 3 dollar wásh is nothing but water rinse and dry. What is the point to také your car to the car wash if you're not getting what you paid for?
The thing I love about this Carwash is the vacuum is powerful..
