the worst- gary lies- does not stick to estimate, took 2 + months to put a tub innbill was 3200 charge me 5400-will not supply itemized bill - very rude - can not trustnn-nHere is a list of problems after working with gary-don not let this happen to youn1.tBilled 5375.00 for bathroom (tub & labor $1200.00, Shower Doors $825.00/hot water heater 850+$ 255 labor = $1105.00 Total $3230.00 Charged $5375.00n2.tTook 8 weeks to complete 3 day jobn3.tInconvence of living with piles of stuff filling rooms because we were waiting for him to finishn4.tDuitman not showing up or calling to cancel, my lost time from workn5.tWrong Bath Tub no shelves, 28” took out 30”n6.t3 ½ gap in bathroom floor (see Viedo)/cost 1500 to fixn7.tDuitman took all cooper tubing and all fitting and all cast iron with out telling us (That stuff HAS VALUE)n8.tShower door is shortn9.tHot water heater did do produce hot water ( he had to come back and connect the wires)n10.t Did not bolt down the electric cover ( I got a shock)n11.t Carpet is ruin (never put a cover over it 0 (cut wood on it)/cost 1080 to replacen12.t Water softner stated he would fix it stll has notn13.t Can not give us a itemized billn14.t Spent less then 14 total hours on tubn15.t Had to move Brits wedding shower because bathroom was still not finishedn16.t Tear up basement panelingn17.t Left with little water flow in bathroom sinkn18.t Deposited a check he stated he would hold (cost me 90.00 in Fees)n19.t Called me a liarer when I told him I got a schockn20.t Water softner has sulfur promised to fix 3months agon21.t Parking on Lawn (it is not his personal Drive way)(Ruts-more Danmage)n22.tNot done in 2 weeks as promised/we are into 5th weekn23.t Loss time and money from work waiting for him to show/does ot even calln24.tWe don’t know if has done what he told usn25.tStill no big increase in water pressure/AS GUARANTEEDn26.tTears up our house with little or no respect and tells us his mistakes are our problemn27.t Can not speak too.n28.tLies about how much is done.n29.tWhy is the vent cappedn30.tWater lines in basement are not bolted to wall won’t hold there weightnAnd hang down (not professional)n31.tHose hanging down in outer basement (weight of Water)n32.tWHY_WHY is the toilet not hooked up (NO EXCUSE)n33.tDUITMAN IS TOTALLY DISREPECTFULL TO US AND OUR FAMILY AND OUR NEEDS (example: 2+plus months to install Tub/5 weeks to install downstairs shower /have to hire plumber to re do water lines in wall)n34.tWants to charge me for itemized bill (question is if he does not have an itemized work sheet how does he come up with 4700 for a job he quoted at 2/3000 dallarsn35.tHave to hire another plumber to correct the bad job ( water lines are not even bolted to wall they are tacked to panelingn36.tCost of hiring lawyer to fight Duietman in court
