When I went to this car wash there were multiple associates that were super nice. I was putting into the car wash and I believe his name was Doug because I asked, had the biggest attitude like he hated his job. Maybe his attitude and facial expressions should get a little better, I could only imagine the attitude he gave other associates and customers. The 2 girls that were working I didn’t ask names but were super sweet and very attentive. Doug was neither of those things, I think there’s something that needs to happen with that attitude. So negative

As an owner of an oversized vehicle (2014 Ram 2500 crew cab long box), it's great to have a place that the truck gets actually clean without me having to do a bunch of hand work afterwards. It's also a white truck, so leftover grime is noticable and it looks great. Went with a Platinum family plan unlimited. Two washes a month pays for itself.

I paid for the $18 carwash. Usually I have an amazing experience.nnThe last time I came through there was a lot of soap left over and the gentleman working had an attitude.nnI thought maybe it was a fluke until today. I just left there 5 minutes ago, the man working had an attitude, didn't do the manual prep I've always gotten, and didnt offer any of the wipes. there are still soap suds on the driverside of my van.nnI loved this carwash for the fun quality experience for my family but the last two times just have so far missed the mark I'm not sure I want to go for a third.

Did not do the prep work prior to a full service wash. Paying extra for work not done. Attendant was not helpful. Will find my service elsewhere. Very very disappointed.

As I was vacuuming out my vehicle, I accidentally locked my keys along with my phone in my truck. Not one person outside would allow me to use their phone to make one call. I went into the office and met Doug and a young woman. unfortunately, I did not catch her name. Both were so incredibly polite and helpful. I was able to use her phone and call for assistance. While I waited, Doug offered something to drink, made sure I knew where the bathroom was, and was all around professional and polite. What normally would have been a bad day, ended up being somewhat delightful thanks to the crew at Magic.
