Certified Plumbing Heating AC

My furnace kept quitting. I have a home warranty but haven't had the greatest experience with them, so didn't expect high quality when they sent someone to fix it. I was so wrong. Certified was great about taking my calls, getting someone there as soon as possible, and the technician was motivated, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He clearly really wanted to do the best job possible. I am so impressed, and would highly recommend this company. I will hire again even without the home warranty.

Stay away from this place. I felt the hours charged on my invoice was inaccurate so I contacted Cody to ask for an explanation he was supposedly going to get back to me with the GPS records related to the visit. Just incase my tenants timing estimate was wrong I decided to pay the bill right away that was definitely a wrong move 30 days later, 5 calls and an ignored email I dont have an explanation. Didnt even come prepared for the job had to use my tenants vacuum and I had to pay $102+/hr for the repairman to spend 30 mins at the hardware store buying a common repair part. My tenants believed the repair guy was there less than 1 hr but some how I was charged for 2. Pay close attention when getting service from these guys.

These guys showed up. I had to have a big plumbing repair done. They came and walked me threw it all. They were very professional and friendly. Best part it was fixed in a very timely manner.

I'd give these folks 10 stars if I could! At first this will seem like a negative review, but keep reading to the end!! I called Certified to come out to fix my toilet this past December. The guy they sent out ended up breaking off a valve in my basement and the pipe to the toilet began leaking water all over my basement floor. I didn't realize it until two days later when I went down there and found the big puddles. I had to call Certified on a Sunday to provide emergency service to fix the leak -- the gentleman they sent out arrived within 20 minutes and stopped the leak and replaced the broken valve. Certified immediately and politely acknowledged their responsibility for the water on the floor and sent out a company to remove the water and clean and dry the basement at Certified's expense. They also didn't charge me for either of these service calls. Unfortunately, the guy who broke the valve also failed to fix the toilet...two weeks later, it was rocking again. So I called Certified back to send someone else out to fix it. They re-sent the same gentleman who had provided the emergency service, who fixed the problem with the toilet to my complete satisfaction. I'd have been happy to pay for that repair, but Certified didn't charge me for that service either. I think this story proves that, although sometimes accidents happen when service people are working on a house, Certified can be relied upon to make such situations right in a polite, timely, and competent manner. I would never hire anyone else to do my plumbing work!!! Can't recommend Certified highly enough!

Certified Plumbing came out for a plumbing warranty repair. They were prompt, professional and great to work with. I will use them for any future plumbing problems. Thanks!
