Customer service is great here. It's so clean its best laundry place I have ever been in. One laundry attendant Is so nice n friendly always cleaning, I think her name Christina she was so nice brought me and my kids waters. Love this place definitely will be back
Need to buy a refillable washing card, upload money on it. No biggy, its such a fast easy process. Very good clean, spacious, entertainment, vending machines, restroom, washers, dryers etc Oh and want to know whats a another plus? They have great laundry attendants with a lot of supplies for your conveniences.
Its a clean place and I used to like coming here because of the convenience I liked that you used to be able to use your debit card at the machine and it would only take the exact amount, now they changed it to were you have to preload a card to use. Super inconvenient when you are tight on a budget and only need to use exact amount. That convenience was the only reason I came here.
Angie is absolutely amazing. She is friendly and extremely customer oriented. If it wasn’t for her warm personality, I wouldn’t come to this facility multiple times a week. She always is available to answer questions and is constantly cleaning and maintaining the machines. Angie you’re amazing! The facility itself is well maintained and clean. They have a variety of washer sizes and 3 walls of driers. Even when it’s busy it’s always easy to find machines. The companies rewards card isn’t a bad idea if you’re a frequent washer like me 😊
I was shown the most outstanding customer service from Christina she greets me she gives me water she's always asking me if there's anything that I need the laundromat is very clean I love it there I was doing my laundry at a different laundromat but ever since I went to this laundromat I will never go to any other one again every Sunday I will be there thank you Christina for being an awesome worker your company is bless to have you
