Love these guys. We used them years ago and called Michael again this week to clean our RV carpet. They confirmed everything, showed up on time and the carpet looks great. Joey did the work and he was great! Thankyou!
I live in a one bedroom apartment and I feel the price I paid to have my carpets cleaned and to have the pet stains and odor treatment was not worth the money. The pet odor is still there. I was overcharged and I called the owner. He said he would fix the situation that afternoon. 10 days went by and he didn't bother so I had to call my credit card and file a dispute very unprofessional.
My grout and tile needed some serious attention. I recently purchased my home. So the home had years of gunk in the tile and grout. After looking, I decided to use Sweet Touch. The owner, Michael, responded promptly. He was really professional about the cleaning. He explained the process and he had quite the set up in his van. He really took his time and did an excellent job with my floor! I would recommend Michael and his company for anyone looking to professionally clean your tile. No more gross looking floors!
I highly recommend Sweettouch carpet cleaning. Michael is the owner of Sweettouch and did my carpet. He is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and the maintenance thereof. I have had my carpet cleaned by others, however, a friend of mine convinced me I must try Michael with Sweettouch. I can honestly say I am happy I took her advice. He gave me the best carpet cleaning I have ever had or could expect to have. Michael with Sweettouch is my carpet go to person from here on out.
Mike is a true professional! He's very responsive and will let you know exactly what you need and don't need. He actually talked me out of spending more money than I needed to, which is rare these days. I highly recommend his services!!
