Staff is very kind and helpful. Machines are out of order from time to time but it has never been more than two or three out of the dozens they have. The facility is very clean and they sanitize very often. Would definitely recommend!

My washer broke down this week and I've been here to wash comforters and such in the past so I came back today. I was busy doing laundry and two men came in and one proceeded to follow my 15 yo son to Kwik Trip roughly 5' apart. There was a family there and the father told me these men were kicked out of Walmart earlier and because he remembered them, he watched them more closely. That's when he told me that they had been watching us and followed my son. I looked out the window and he was correct. The other man stood watching from the door. He came in once and went back out. The man came back and they did not come back inside. They knew we were watching them. Why were they there? Idk but I do care! I contacted the attendant and he said they would look at cameras. They were not there to do laundry...they brought no laundry with them according to the dad who told me they were watching my kids and me. Why did one go to Kwip Trip and not the other? Why be so uncomfortably close? I also filed a police report. This unsafe feeling is BS. Ppl should be able to go do their laundry and not need to watch their back nonstop.nnI like the variety of washers and dryers, how clean it is and that they are family friendly. This was not acceptable.
