I can't speak to their ability as cleaners. I wouldn't use them. However I have witnessed them, as able-bodied people, parking their van in a handicapped parking space. As a disabled veteran I found this offensive.nnOkay a couple of years later I can now speak to their ability as cleaners. A friend reports his blazer returned stinking of a weird body odor that wasn’t his. Gilbertson’s refused to refund his money and he had to have it recleaned somewhere else. This happened within the year, according to my friend. So apparently they don’t clean any better than they park.

Great service and reasonable pricing. I took my King down comforter there they did a great job of cleaning it and plus put in it a nice breathable bag that I can store it in until winter. I also had a the cleaned there that had a coffee stain in it and they got the stain out.

The price is double the standard and turn around on service is ridiculous. In kenosha I could get shirts done some day in a much smaller shop .nI wonder why they have such a long turn around

I’ve only been once for cleaning and alterations on a military dress uniform and I wouldn’t have left a review if not for the dope who reviewed the business based on someone’s parking.nnThey cleaned and pressed my Class A’s perfectly, but the impressive part was they sewed new patches on with better precision and placement than I’d ever received from alteration shops located on military bases. To top it off, they did it quickly and for a fair price. Great business with friendly and helpful staff.nnTo my fellow disabled veteran who is willing to review a business poorly based on prejudice: check yourself.nnNot all disabilities are visible, and you don’t know that person’s situation. Just because a person doesn’t need or use an assistive device doesn’t mean they aren’t in pain.nnActively damaging a business’s reputation out of ignorance reflects poorly on you and when you use your status as a veteran to justify that ignorance it reflects poorly on the rest of us. Conduct yourself in a manner befitting of all service members and keep your BS to yourself so I don’t have to go around balancing out your stupid reviews.
