STAFF VERY .HELPFUL WOW THAT WOMAN CLEANED ALL THE MACHINES FOR HOURS GOOD WORK ER SANITIZE ALL THE AREAS
Washer # 20 took a quarter. Now I'm 1 short for my laundry. Called number to get refund and woman called me a liar and said it's impossible. REALLY??? CUZ IT JUST HAPPENED. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED AS TO BE CALLED A LIAR OVER 25¢. I will be filing complaints with every legal avenue available. I am in fact not washing my other two loads of laundry. 25¢?? Really?? I'd waste my time at 3 am calling to lie about 25¢. You will find photos of the cost of the machine I am using, the picture of the machine running, the picture of $3.75 left and not the correct $4. And a number of the worthless " problems call us" sign.
I would give this place fewer stars if I could.
If you want to use a restroom you have to walk over to a different store or use the one at the gas station down the road. If you a have gym membership, the gym down the road will let you use their restroom.
This experience has solidified my resolve to acquire my own washer and drier.
The lady is always cleaning she is very kind as well
