Mr. Shaw was very nice and friendly. He showed up on time and was well prepared. I was skeptical about trying a new company( I have my carpets cleaned routinely) I will definitely use his services from now on. Plus he was very talkative and made sure I felt comfortable. He explained the processs to me and told me what chemicals he was using. He made sure the job was done perfectly.
The prices where affordable and I felt comfortable letting them into my home they did a great job on the carpet and the chemicals they used where pet friendly and people friendly I loved it.
First time experience was excellent! All of my questions were answered. The service was great! My carpet looked new. Very professional while providing service, would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks AZ Carpet Cleaning!
