I love coming here to see the offset of the sunset. Beautiful and serene.

Learned a lot about the estuary. Found out some new spots to go kayaking and hiking. Highly recommend this quick stop for both locals and visitors.

Nice small but open space with great education about the importance of the St. Louis river and estuary to protect the waters and animals of Lake Superior. Indoor slide and scavenger hunt are highlights for kids. Easy and free parking too! Hikes in the summer too!

The Estuarium is very well done--well thought-out and designed. A lot of quality information and visuals packed into a relatively small space. Loved the massive map of the estuary and watershed on the floor. Hard to believe I've lived in the Superior area most of my 57 years not having known about the ecological importance of the confluence of St. Louis River waters (and other rivers and streams) into the bays of the Duluth/Superior harbor and eventually to the big lake! Some nice history going on here too. The interns were also friendly and informative.

A great backdrop for concerts in the park.
