Taco Bell

The lady working the drive through was very RUDE & She didn't know what the meaning of a smile. Food was surprisingly excellent and i sure wish she wouldn't of caused all the other hard working employees 2 stars because she was having a bad day or something. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMED THIS TACO BELL LOCATION BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE SHE IS OFF BEFORE YOU GO THERE!!

The weekend evening manager is very rude! On one occasion, I ordered and paid online and went directly to the location. When I arrived, there were handwritten signs saying they were closing, even though it was early evening. She was outside smoking, and basically called me a liar, saying she had no pending orders, despite the email I had that confirmed my order. That evening I then had to take my business to Burger King. Today I again ordered and paid online. I received my order at the drive-through, then pulled over to confirm the contents. Instead of the Value Menu chips and cheese, I was given cinnamon twists and cheese. So I returned to the drive-through and stated the error. In a less than customer friendly tone, I was instructed to pull up. When I got there, a bag was thrusted at me. I handed back the unwanted twists and she sneeringly said she didn't want them. I said neither did I. She again said she didn't want them and I pointed out that she had waste containers to throw them in. She grabbed them from me and turned abruptly away, adding Have a nice day , which I'm sure makes it all better. I also paid for extra beef on my Nachos Bell Grande, but received the normal amount, on top of what must have been the bottom of the chip bag, as most of the tray was tiny bits of chips. When I visit this location during the week, I have absolutely no problems, but this worker needs a HUGE dose of customer service training at the minimum. She has completely ruined my night and I will not be patronizing this location if she is still there.

The woman who took my order seemed so nice. The one at the window was rude. The food was ok except my crunch wrap Supreme it seemed to only have lettuce and tortilla my dollar taco had twice the meat. I love taco bell but not this location.

Came to this location it wasn’t even packed so I thought it would be quick. However I wasn’t helped after half an hour in the drive through speaker, pulled up to the window thinking perhaps it’s broken and wasn’t even acknowledged once even after trying to get the employees attention he was completely distracted many minutes passed until I became frustrated and left. Unbelievable.

Always pleasant& courteous when ordering. Food is great too A++
