My parents hired them to remove ice dams from their roof as water was leaking inside. The machine broke down twice which happens but they left large blocks of ice all over the place including in front of doors. Turned their driveway into a solid block of ice a half of foot thick which could of been mitigated with a little bit effort. They also charged my parents insurance company a thousand dollars for water remediation when they never brought a single fan in to the house. They broke a porch step when a block of ice fell on it. They repaired the step but couldn't be bothered picking up the broken step which had sharp screws sticking out the back where the dogs run around.
