Used multiple times with no issues does a fairly good job. My issue is... last time I went there the car wash stopped mid-wash. The brushes died behind my vehicle so luckily I was able to drive out of the bay. Im giving one star cause I called the phone number multiple times leaving messages. No response. Guess they just don't care. I'm out 10 bucks which won't make or break me. Its the principle. Something happens you try to resolve the issue. Will not go back.
Make sure you line up properly when you go in! Other than that it does a pretty good job leaning your car.

My sister went to the car wash this past saturday and when she saw her car in the daylight on sunday she saw little scratches all over her car. Windows, doors, everywhere! She left a voice message and hasn't heard back. Please call her back on the phone number she left. She has visited your car wash many times, this is the first time this has happened. Thank you.
2 out of 3 time the car wash was down, but on the 3rd time it actually work it did a good job.
