I love their Fascard app. Only issue I've had is finding thumbtacks in their washers.
Clean and inexpensive
The owners keep this place clean! I love that!! And now, in addition to using cash, they accept credit, debit and have their own laundry card. Using their laundry card, you get bonus cash when you reload as well as earn points on money spent! For every 250 points I earn, I get a bonus $2.50 credit on my card! They have also recently upgraded some washers. There are a couple vending machines available for use and free WiFi too!
I just discovered this place and I am glad I did! Used to go to a different Laundromat because it was closest to my house - wasn't very happy with it, so tried Rock River. Ends up its almost the same distance. This place is super clean, lots of washers and huge dryers, they accept credit or debit cards (no more having to get quarters and dropping them all over), AND they have a loyalty card where you earn cash right on the card! Nice folding tables, rolling baskets, and free WiFi! Would highly recommend.
Absolutely love this laundry mat! It's nice to not have to have $20 worth of quarters in my purse. I love that they offer a loyalty card! And they have vending machines which is wonderful for anyone.
