Good museum worth checking it out
A great old Carnegie Library houses many of Waupun's artifacts. The gentleman inside was a goldmine of history. I could have stayed for days just looking at old photos of the town. Seeing a dirt road in front of the state prison was so interesting and to hear that East Waupun, out by the Horicon Marsh, used to be more populated than Waupun, stopped me on a dime.nCheck it out, make a donation, or better yet, volunteer some of your time.
Everybody should visit here a lot of unique Waupun historical things to see and know about
What a wonderful trip down memory lane... Seeing pictures of my Dad and the red arrow medical core made me smile ear to ear ... And being in the very building that was the center of my life for life from birth to 13 then again from 16-18. --- thanks for letting us look and remembering
