Rob is very dedicated to the real estate business. His knowledge of the business and the Phoenix area is top notch. He goes out of his way to satisfy his customers, here is one example. Rob went to my property on a Saturday when a smoke alarm had gone off do to a low battery. It was a vaulted  ceiling he took the smoke alarm down and replaced the battery as I was unavailable to get to the property quickly. He is very good at explaining/discussing issues that arise and potential fixes. This was the second property Rob has sold for me on the last 4 years. I would recommend Rob to anyone who is looking to buy it sell a home.

To say Rob did an excellent job selling and helping us purchase a new home would be an understatement. He went above and beyond to ensure our home sold as quickly as possible. We had a couple offers within 48 hours. Both of which were our asking price. We were then able to place a contingent offer  on our new home and closing went as planned. We couldn't be happier with our new purchase. He is reliable, honest, communicative and personable. If we consider moving in the future, he'll be our realtor again with no hesitation!

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Ironwood, Peoria, AZ. Rob helped us sell our home in a buyer’s market and he made sure we received fair market value. Buyer’s are picky and expect more for their money during these market conditions. Rob was always available to meet prospective buyers and their agents when they toured our home to collect feedback during the selling process. He made sure to follow up with all the agents after the showing. This was necessary to look for buyers concerns and if needed come up with any solutions that may eliminate them from the next round of buyers. Rob also helped us screen through the homes for sale in order to pick the next right new home for us. This of course put us in the buyer’s position and allowed us to expect more from other home sellers as well. Rob has in depth market experience to help home buyers and sellers make great decisions. There was never any pressure from Rob and he always made us feel important to him with a true desire to make sure we were satisfied with our decisions. I would highly recommend Rob and will certainly use him in the future

The MOST AMAZING realtor you can work with. Rob goes above and beyond to help with everything that goes in to selling and buying your home. Not only is he reliable, he is very knowledgeable about the local housing market. He works quickly, is honest and friendly! We had a couple offers on our home  within 48 hours of listing it and were moved into our new home within a month of that. We highly recommend him!

My husband and I bought a condo with the help of Rob. Never have I ever dealt with a more professional, knowledgeable and kind gentleman as Rob. He answered all questions and returned calls to us in a timely manner and offered solid advice when needed. We live out of state and thought this process would be a nightmare.
