Long has helped me buy two homes and sell one home in the last four years. He is very persistent, has amazing follow-through & works extremely hard. He's also very good at making sure that you are comfortable with everything that is being done throughout the whole process and that everyone is on the same page. He's always on top of making sure that everything is being done correctly and stays in contact with you whenever you need his assistance, even if it's just for a random question years down the road. I would highly recommend him he's very energetic and always excited to help. I couldn't even picture him in a bad mood if I tried! I will definitely continue to use his services and recommend him to others, definitely a happy customer :)

Long was great in the process of purchasing our home - but when it came time to sell this home and move on to bigger and better things, Long became rude and nasty, even sending petty flyers to our home (dated after our sale) after realizing he was no longer our realtor. If you use Long, you’ll see very quickly that he has a certain reputation with builders and other realtors - and if that’s how he chooses to do business, that’s on him. But we’re grateful we escaped this level of unprofessionalism. Good luck, Long. Update as of 9/19/2020 - Long continues to harass us via social media by using the “5 star review” he begged for during our original sale. He has been reported to his broker and has been relentless in his journey to “prove us wrong” although the proof is in the pudding. The unprofessionalism and downright GROSS conduct is appalling.

Very unprofessional. We used long to buy our new home and then decided to sell it a year later, we chose a different realtor to sell it. Long decided to be unprofessional and send flyers to our home, that were intended to be rude and disrespectful because we didn’t use him to sell our current home. Pretty childish.

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews, Long is one of the best people I’ve worked with. He helped my family and I buy our first home. He was with us every step of the way. Very understanding, nice and professional. Almost a year later and he still helps us if a question arises. Thank you Long for being amazing!! I would recommend you 100x over.
