I love living in Ridgeway Village. The manager Ellie got me right in in 2016 I just had my third inspection and everything is great. Any concerns I have are taken care of right away. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. It's a great place to live and I love it here !!! Update Aug 2019 I'm going to sign my 3rd lease. Whats really nice is I'm a wanted tenant. Management is great. I'm never moving again. Update October 2020 I'm signing another lease. Ellie has surely gotten the good in and not so out. Apts are quite and peaceful. I don't think I've ever even had any maintenance issues. Come and live where you won't want to leave.

Please excuse the ignorant people who comment just because they learn how to submit a google review. It's very obvious they seem to be upset for whatever reason. This complex is a great place to call home, far from being run down it is maintained very clean and maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner. Office staff is very helpful and professional. I recently signed lease #9 without any problems but as a resident I must also do my part #1 Pay Rent, #2 Comply with community guidelines and respect surrounding neighbors , #3 Keep my apartment clean .

I have lived here about a year, I've had no problem with living here. The staff is so friendly and nice. The ones that take of the lawn, do an amazing job. Sometimes they do cook outs for the residents. Not to many other places would do that. So thank you to all that work there and making it a great place to live.

My brother just recently moved into an apartment and is very pleased with the outcome. The office staff was very professional,polite, and respectful. The price is affordable with all utilities included and every 1 bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. I definitely recommend this property not just for the price but for the way it's being managed and maintained very clean.

I have been at Ridgeway Village for almost 4 years and I have found it to be a great place to live. The staff is very professional,courteous and helpful. Maintenance completes work orders on time and the property is continuously maintained and updated as needed. I recommend this property to everyone looking for a new home.
