Apartment needs new management. If you live here or lived here, get a lawyer and sue. Mold, floods, water damage, everything is falling apart. You can smack paint on it new but underneath is very rotted. Unlicensed and unprofessional maintenance and repair workers don't know how to deal with mold they just nail pieces of wood over the mold but the mold eventually ate up that wood too. Smh. 6 more months left on my lease and I will be running for the hills.

I don't live here but I live across the street from these apartments and the older kids that reside in this place constantly break into our cars and steal. We can't file a police report because we don't even know who they are. Sad to say these apartments aren't patrolled by security or anything.

I have lived here for over a year and have not see ANY Roaches, Alma is so understanding and such hard worker. Whenever I have a problem it gets fixed. The only reason that I don’t give 5 starts is because of the area but the apartments and the manager are great.

I lived here for a year it was affordable and alma always did her best to keep it clean I know there’s a lot of cars I would spray vinegar in my yard and they stayed away. Nice inside and overall I had a great experience living here

I have been living here for over four months now and I find this place to be my home I love it here my children are making the best memories here...it's kid-friendly you do not have to be afraid to let your kid go outside and play just be respectful of other people's property...the manager is a wonderful woman that has allowed my family to call a place home she takes pride in this place and she takes pride in helping you when you need help Alma does work with you and help you in any way that she can..she is the best..Thank you Alma my family thanks you... When my AC unit went out management fixed it in a timely matter ..there's too much I can say about this place so I'm going to end there but I love it here
