My son and I have been living at Acacia Pointe for almost 10 months. My experience has been nothing but amazing. They always go above and beyond! They've addressed all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. The maintenance guys are always out and about keeping the community clean. I put a work order to fix my sink and Duane not only fixed my sink but a few other minor things that I had broke. He did an awesome job. And they really go above an beyond for their tenants. It's been a great overall experience and I can't wait to renew my lease. Who wouldn't want to live somewhere quiet, safe AND affordable? Thank you Eli, Tina and Duane.

Oct. 2020: They've rented the unit above us to a couple with a (allegedly) hyperactive child. Bad idea. The noise is beyond unreasonable as it is continuous LOUD thumping and running around. Would you like it if someone were knocking HARD on your door CONTINUOUSLY?

I just moved in and did my walk through and the complex did an amazing John responding to my security needs! I have two kids so it goes a LONG way to get things done in a timely matter. My issues were resolved in that timely matter. I have to say that I’m happy with the response time.
