I feel like everyone should live in something like this if they are able to instead of an apartment. I am very satisfied with my experience and feel the value here is great. Staff very helpful through whole process

Front desk does not understand that they are paid to communicate with residents. Have an issue? Don’t even bother trying to get their help. They don’t respond. The community managers don’t do anything about it and also don’t respond. So I called corporate and guess what? No response. I pay your bills so that answer my calls and take my concerns. It’s that simple. They responded and said that they had provided me direct phone numbers and emails as if that should suffice. There are multiple errors in this response, I will discuss two. First, the statement tries to place responsibility on me for not contacting the staff that I pay using their preferred method instead of my own preferred method. Secondly, it concedes that they are not checking all forms of resident communication regularly and that some forms are more neglected than others. It seems to deem that practice as acceptable, and place blame on those who do not conform to it.

We love living here. There are things that could be better, like any rental property, but overall we are very happy here and glad to call this community home. Compared to other similar community concepts, this community offers the best amenities hands down. Even the "smallest" gated backyard is very spacious in my opinion. Also pet friendly! We love that all units have hard floor throughout as it makes cleaning much easier. The units are beautiful and we love the pool and gym. Once the front gates are closed things will feel more secure & even better. The office staff are also great.

I’ve been a resident here for a month and so far so it’s awesome. My place is well structured and perfect for my needs. The smart technology makes life a million times easier for me. My neighbors are awesome. All the amenities are up to date and awesome. The neighborhood is always clean and the leasing staff is easy to get in touch with. They are also excellent at communicating with you! I had a small plumbing emergency, as the neighborhood is still currently under development, and it was all fixed in about 2 hours. They responded 30 minutes after my initial report! 10/10 for me !

I moved into this Community in January and I don’t know if I’ll ever leave!! I have been a homeowner my entire life and didn’t want the responsibility any longer (or the cost). This couldn’t be any closer to having your own home. I have had small issues here and there and they have been fixed within 24 hours if not sooner!!!! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the community or the staff. Great job to ALL IF YOU!!!
