Run, don’t walk away from this company!! We have had nothing but an awful and unprofessional experience. We basically had to harass Brandon to even get a crew out here after getting the initial bid. Then the job was 90% done, paid in full, and we had one part we were waiting for to finish the drain on our double vanity. Again it took 3 phone calls (no response) to the owner’s cell phone and answering service, countless emails (no response) and texts to get even a response (finally after almost 2 months) from Brandon regarding finishing the job. He then told us (2 months after the initial text from me), that he would charge us to come back out and that this would not be included in the original bid. After stringing us along for more than 2 months, we are now contacting another plumber to finish Brandon’s work. The fact that we were treated so poorly by the owner of the company speaks volumes about how he does business. Cooper plumbing is unprofessional and does not respect your time. There are so many more reputable companies out there. Do yourself a favor and don’t give Cooper Plumbing the business. There is no way they will stay in business treating customers this way.
I contacted Cooper Plumbing to install a dishwasher in my kitchen which did not have one in it before and hook up a water line for my refrigerator. They made it extremely easy to set up a time and arrived right on schedule, even though I live way out in the country!! They installed the dishwasher and hooked up the water line in no time, and I was very happy with their level of professionalism and service.nnI would highly recommend Cooper Plumbing to anyone. Also, I love that Cooper Plumbing is a local, family owned business and I plan to continue using them for any future plumbing needs.
Brandon and Cooper Plumbing were great! The answering service took my information and Brandon called back a little while later. He fixed the issue with a stuck cartridge, explained the what can cause it, and gave me some good tips for checking for leaks in the future.
Brandon came to my house to diagnose my water heater and quote the install of a new one. After looking at my unit he determined that my electric heater simply needed new elements. He then spent nearly an hour explaining how this is a job I could complete myself and showed me what I would need to do. He left without a new job but definately a new customer! The least I could do is give him a 5 star review!nnOh yeah...his quoted price for the job, when we still thought I may need a new heater, was very fair and he took the time to explain my options.
About three weeks ago, I called and left a voicemail to inquire about having someone look at my water heater that was leaking. I waited 2 days and called back and left a second voicemail. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with it being after the holidays and maybe being busy. I waited another 3-4 days and left a third voicemail. I had had some people recommend Cooper so I wanted to give a local business my money. After my third attempt, I called elsewhere and my water heater was replaced within a day. I’m highly disappointed and would never recommend Cooper Plumbing. Three weeks later and I am yet to receive a call back. They have permanently lost my business.
