Wow, what a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The help that hardwareman Troy provided saved me upwards of 200 dollars.
Excellent customer service! I had two separate problems to troubleshoot this weekend. I was unsure of how to fix the issues and what hardware was required. I worked with Robert and Tom and they helped me through a complete fix. I highly recommend this store and these two staff members.
First time I came into the store was yesterday Black Friday. What a great store with superb inventory, I mean really superb. It is an ideal sized store too. The big boxes might be a tad cheaper but there hassle is not worth it. This is a great store.
