Washers are clean and work well. Dryers dry well. Will return should I drive through Sauk City again.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. I took every towel and peice of bedding in my house in to this establishment not only spent over 60 dollars washing and drying but the dryer's I used burned my stuff. Now my towels are crusty and smelly, my blankets are smelly and crusty. When I called customer service I was told I would be reimbursed but I never heard from them again or received any reimbursement. This place was awful
Most of the machines were working.nnThey have a very large machine ($6.50 - $7.50) for washing things such as bed comforters.nnWashing machines will vary from $2 to $3+.nDryers are $.25 per 8 minutes or $.25 per 5 minutes for the large dryer.nnThe facilities could use a more regular check-in. This is apparent by the water on the floor (definitely not from customer misuse based on amount) and the overall cleanliness (dirt, dust, and debris collecting in front of machines).nnThe final wash is @8PM although the facility lists 10PM as close.
