Very cool and interesting museum. Very good with covid, hand sanitizer everywhere. It had some interactive activities which was cool. The best part was the carnival like game where you’d win a choice of a mustard if you could get a ring around it. Informational video is very old, 80s I believe, but interesting in itself because the European countries where it took place used their old currencies. Overall highly recommend!

This museum was great, but it really discriminated against ketchup.nAs an open minded individual, I’m fine with the idea of a mustard museum, so long as it also has at least at least a small bit of respect for ketchup.nThis establishment, however, does not carry any sort of respect for ketchup, and blindly sings the praises of mustard, without even giving a passing mention to ketchup, and all the good it’s done for the progression of condiments.nThis museum is a great catalog of the achievements of mustard, with well thought out exhibits, showing off the feats and applications of mustard throughout the years, and I would recommend it to any mustard supporter or devotee.nI would not recommend this museum to ketchup supporters, as I feel it would offend them as much as it has offended me.nI will not be returning to the mustard museum, but if you are a supporter of mustard or just interested in its history, I would highly recommend this museum.nnSuper_Soupn2020nnEdit: I received a response from the owner, they saidn“Our battle with ketchup is tongue in cheek and it is meant to be humorous and almost all of our visitors see it that way. Well, not all - you are the only visitor in 27 years to find offense. For that, I apologize but our good-natured fight with ketchup will continue.”nI don’t think you understand how violent and misleading your museums propaganda campaign against ketchup has been.nBecause of your establishments blatant lying and fear mongering, hundreds lay dead in the streets, and all ketchup supporters can do is stand by and watch.nYou have single handedly toppled the ketchup economy, and this is a crime that can not be forgiven.nI will be creating a resistance through which to stop your gross violation of our basic condiment rights.nExpect us.nnSuper_Soupn2020

Popped in on a whim while in the Madison area. I cant remember the name of the lady who greeted us but she was also from our town in illinois. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The gift shop has lots of fun things and not just mustard. Definitely worth stopping by if your in the area.

This was a great local world record museum. It was tons of fun to see, interact with and learn about. I didn't know there was so much to know about mustard! Also - processed were very fairly priced and the employees were great!
