We love this place! Employees are always friendly and helpful. Tonight, we pulled up to pick up food from the restaurant next door and noticed a dumpster outside and the inside under construction. We were horrified that they were closing! It must have shown on our faces as a Jersey Mikes employee came out after we parked, reassured us they were remodeling and gave us coupons. We are so grateful and will visit promptly when they reopen. I'm thrilled that they are doing well enough to remodel! Make sure you tip these fine folks so they can ring the bell! Can't wait to see the remodel and thanks for the coupons! I can't stress enough how delicious the food is and how friendly the staff is!

First of all, the food is really good. Subs are tasty and very large. I had a #9 Club Supreme and it was no joke.nnBut I’ve got a complaint about how they are handling to go orders during the pandemic. If you order online it takes 30 minutes but if you go in the store it takes 5. And the instructions say the order will be waiting on a table to grab n’ go. So I arrive and the order isn’t there. I’m waiting while a dozen people come in and out with their sandwiches. I had to go in and wait in line to get my order. That completely defeats the purpose. Not cool. Competitors are handling this much better. Some of us are trying to be safe and these guys are making it harder. So before you order online, beware it’s probably not going to be any safer than ordering in person.nnI may go back here but only after the pandemic.

I just visited the Jersey Mike's in Middleton WI today. The staff was INSANELY kind, polite, and made me laugh. Really made my day. All COVID procedures were being followed really well. What an awesome team at this shop! I have never been to Jersey Mike's before but will definitely be back. Please reward the folks working at 11am on Mon 9/14/20. Great folks.

Went to pick food up in person and most employees were masked up but one was just wearing it over his chin and barely covering his mouth. He was actively preparing food. I left without food. People ordering online beware.

When you actually receive the 'wet' sub that they advertise, it's incredible. Problem is that 'wet' means something wildly different depending on when/who makes your sandwich, every time. That and routinely unfriendly staff leaves this location off my rotation.
