First time using Klinkes! Easy in and out in 24 hours. I’ll have to try the drive thru window next time. They didn’t honor a coupon I brought which was a little confusing but not a big deal.

I lost some weight and NONE of my clothes fit anymore! :( I was not about to spend another $150+ for new Buckle Jeans to get a smaller size, so I brought all of my pants and shorts to this location and they altered ALL of my clothes! Everything fits and LOOKS GOOD!!! They are wonderful people, especially Angelica M., and they have saved my wardrobe! THANK YOU!!

Not having had experience with Klinke's Zip n Stitch staff previously, I have to give them kudos for an excellent job done. And the young lady, Erika, at the checkout when I picked up my items was friendly and quick - which in a fast-paced retail environment, is very good to see! Followed up with getting winter coats cleaned and ready for the winter....

This was the first time I have used Klinke Zip n Stitch. I had an old ski jacket that needed a zipper replaced. They did a wonderful job--I wouldn't have known that this was a replaced zipper if I wasn't aware of it. There was also a rip in the sleeve that they took care of at no extra charge. A nice surprise! I am taking a second jacket to them today to replace another zipper. Highly recommend this place--excellent work!
