I took my clothes to this location three times and two of the three times my clothes had very simple stains on them (coffee) which could easily get removed. I pointed them out to the staff. Both times the clothes came back to me stained and it seemed like they didn't even try to remove them. I later removed them myself with water and home treatment.
Always on time. make my shirt look like new .
Great turnaround time. I forgot about my coupon and the staff member helping me reminded me to use it. She saved me $10 - very kind of her to do this. Friendly and prompt customer service. Pants looks great. Thank you for putting a smile on my face today.
My experience with Brayan and all of the staff at this location has always been excellent. We have been using the services for years here and have never been disappointed with the work, the friendliness of the staff and the promptness of the return to pick up. Always ready when they say. We especially appreciate being able to leave the sewing repairs there, but also appreciate the expert and efficient tailoring at Zip n Stitch. Thanks, keep up the good work!
People are always friendly, dropping off and picking up. I had one issue which was resolved quickly, spot was taken off the shirt and re-cleaned, obviously at no charge and with a smile.
