This is less about their cleaning service and more about their billing practices. However, several key items were missed as I will detail below.nnThe Setup - While selling our home we were referred to Skyline for pre-listing cleaning services. They kindly offered to stop by to estimate the work. Upon arrival, we agreed on the tasks to complete and a rate based on the number of hours to do the work (10).nnThe Scene - On cleaning day the crew arrives and performs a decent job. Three individuals worked for about two and a half hours and then left (7.5 hours total). Missing several key items we had agreed upon as work to be completed.nnThe Aftermath - The next day I was invoiced for the entire amount originally quoted. When I expressed dismay at this development due to the oversight of the missed items, I was contacted by the owner to apologize and “explain” that the billed amount was “just about right” as in addition to the 7.88 hours they cleaned, they charged me an hour for the time to complete the estimate and another hour and a half travel time the crew took to arrive at my home (30 minutes away). These additional 2.5 hours of “admin” fees were NEVER discussed, disclosed, or even implied prior to their attempt to justify the charge. The 10% discount they offered to “make up for it” was a slap in the face. I am extremely disappointed we chose Skyline for our cleaning and would recommend literally anyone else.

Skyline Cleaning Services did a great job cleaning our shop floors. Crew was on time, friendly and professional. Got right to work and took care of every task I needed done. They did the work after store hours and locked up when finished -- I did not have to stay while they did the work. The place looked great in the morning. Highly recommend.

We have used Skyline Services for many years. Our classrooms are spread out in several buildings including cottages, a school bus, etc., so our cleaning needs are varied. We are particular about the cleaning because we must meet State of Wisconsin licensing standards daily. Each day, our cleaning crew must address a variety of surfaces and make sure they are cared for appropriately. Some are daily tasks but others are weekly, monthly or quarterly. Taking care of our school is a complex task that requires hard work, organization, assessment and reviews.nnOne thing I appreciate about Skyline Services is that I can contact an owner directly and get any and all special needs met promptly. If my school has an emergency situation come up (water issue, area rug needing specialty cleaning, etc.) I am secure in knowing it will be handled promptly and thoroughly. Are there hit and miss errors made in cleaning certain areas? Of course, but if I send a note to the company, my needs are reviewed and met. Note that we have many classrooms and many areas like gyms used daily. We require so much detailed cleaning. Our needs are met by Skyline as well as I'd expect any company to handle them. Even with a couple hundred young children plus their parents and 40+ staff using our space, I think we look good and 'smell' good and it is Skyline's 'fault'! They've helped us out daily for 20 years.

We couldn't have been happier with the carpets we had cleaned by Skyline Services. We've hired other cleaning companies to do the same cleaning job, but Skyline has done the best job by far. From their attention to detail in protecting our woodwork, to making sure that they weren't tracking in dirt or disturbing our neighbors, they delivered more than what they had promised. We'll definitely use Skyline again and refer them to our neighbors and friends. Give them a try and you'll see for yourself. Thanks again for a job well done!
