Went in to buy a compound miter saw. There’s one on sale on display listed as clearance ($159 12” saw), so they’re not getting any more. Manager on duty wouldn’t sell it to me - said he tried to call the store manager to get approval (6:10 pm). Store manager turns her phone off and won’t answer, but the manager said she’d probably not sell the display anyway. This is NOT the way to get rid of clearance merchandise and make a little money. I found what I wanted but wasn’t allowed to buy it.

Went in for one item. Didn't find it and asked for assistance. The agent directed me to the isle where it would be found. When I didn't find it and assumed they were out of stock I continued walking the isles. Then to my surprise the agent walked up with the item in hand! Outstanding customer service! I appreciate good follow through and kind helpful service. That was my experience today. Thanks Harbor Freight Farmington for taking care of your customers.

I used to go to harbor freight and buy my stuff there I've asked for help a few times and they finally turned around told me go that way going that way doesn't mean nothing they don't like to help you and if they do they get an attitude maybe the general manager that runs harbor freight there needs to have a talk with all of his other employees and try to teach them to have more patience and consideration thank you
