AT Elle's Nails and Spa

This review is about my experience with their eyelash extensions. It took me well over a month to write this review and I want to start off by saying that I mostly blame myself for trusting this type of place with my eyelashes.. Although it was a decision I made on a whim while I was getting my nails done, I should have gone to a real lash artist, which I ended up having to do anyway from removal and reapplication. I scheduled while getting my nails done for the next day and the very first issue is that I arrived at 3:15 pm , the time of my appointment and the lash application didn't start until close to 4pm. The woman who applied my lashes was on the phone most of the time while applying my lashes. She apologized and said it was because she had placed an order, but most of the calls she got didn't sound at all as so. She was on the phone with a man and the conversation seemed casual. I imagine she had received at least 6 or more calls while doing my lashes. Her phone was ringing constantly and instead of paying attention to the lash application which is an extremely detailed job, she kept on answering her phone. Now let's talk about the actual lash job she did. Terrible. Right from the get go, I knew that I didn't like the lashes. They looked messy and cheap. Not to mention that i kept feeling the glue poke me in the eyes. It was SO uncomfortable. I quickly realized that I needed to go to a real professional for a removal. The lash artist that did the removal was astounded by the amount of glue that was used on my lashes. She kept the big blobs of glue on the side to show me at the end of the process. Please do not go to these people for eyelash extensions. Personally because of my experience I will never go back even for nails. Learn from my mistake.

A great spot where I like to get my pedicures. There are local and that is most important. I love to support small businesses any way I can.

I came here for a new set and a pedicure. It's now been 10 days and 6 of 10 nails have popped off from day to day activities like buckling my seatbelt, pressing an elevator button and opening a drawer. I spent 135.00 total with 2 seperate tips. It was my first time there and I felt rushed and unimportant. I didn't matter until I pulled my card and cash for tips out. I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service, and the quality of the service. My own nail glue is holding on to these tips better than what was originally used. I WILL be back this weekend to sport their craftsmanship and I honestly could care less about what's said. I treated myself after 6+ months without nails and came home disappointed within 2 days time. Also....my toes weren't dried before they moved me and the Polish came off...so it wasn't just my hands with the disrespectful damage. I had high hopes. Now, I'd like for the repairs to be halfway decent so the next nail salon I visit holds some respect for the mentioned. I want to find a solid, dependable salon. Any suggestions?

Several artists available, beautiful decor. My artist was very friendly and made sure I was happy with each step before she moved on to the next. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the design she did with the magnet tool wasn't consistent throughout my nails. But I really am happy with them.

Great customer service. Reasonable prices. The girl that did my gel manicure, did a decent job, could have been shaped and painted better.
