I came in and Maria Elena cut my hair. I gave her the ability to cut as much as it needed and I absolutely love it!!! I keep getting compliments on it. She was delightful. Can't wait to go back and see her again!

My son really liked the way his haircut came out and he's pretty picky. Its been hard to find one that he's satisfied with but this one passed. Two thumbs up. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

If I could give a zero I would. Today my husband and I went with our autistic child. We have always came here since we moved to Phoenix. They were usually great. I understand that we need to have mask on. My husband went inside to sign him and my son up to get haircuts. I waited in the car with him. My husband waited inside and called me when came close to their timing to get their haircuts cut. When I entered a lady with short hair reddish maybe purple hair was at the counter seen her there before and has cut my sons hair before. I have a habit of mentioning to people in the salon that he is special needs. The reason is they might freak out have sensory issues. As a mom and person who works with kids and adult with special needs I have had a habit of handling them with care due to some kids freaking out. I let her know that I know mask are required and I understand they need to be on. I told her that my son is autistic and may remove it. She was like he needs to have it on and that I need to be outside. I told her I just came to bring him inside with my husband to get his haircut. That I am waiting in the car. My intention was to come in. My husband had signed in an hour and half prior to call me to bring him inside. This happened around 10 or 11 am today 05/09/2020. 2 other people signed in after my husband. To me it seem that she got upset when I mentioned my son was special needs. I already emailed corporate to inform them of this. If you don't know how to handle someone with special needs at least don't be around them. I get my hair pulled sometimes when I vital patients with special needs and yelled at. But you ma'am didn't want to deal with my son so had the other people go first. I always said that this great clips was good to kids with special needs. I found a barbershop near my neighborhood who was really sweet to my son and was doing social distancing. You guys on the other had a lot of people in there. Please train your staff on how to deal with people with special needs and customer service. Thanks
