She cuts great. Unfortunately I found it to be unprofessional that she got upset for me having to cancel an appointment
I had called 2 and a half hours before our appointment to cancel due to my nana having an emergency medical condition. I spoke to one of her staff members who was nice about it.
Well a week later when I called to set up an appointment with the manager she said she couldn't help me or set up an appointment and to call her some other day since I left her hanging. I just said thank you and never returned. I don't know if she ever got my cancellation, but I thought it was unprofessional to do that to someone.
This is the 1st time I cut my hair at this place and I love it! I highly recommend it❤
Im 23 and i been going there since i was 7 so yeah u can say i love this place
I love this place I always go get my hair cut here, they are very polite and respectful , they mostly speak Spanish which I don't but they respect me , I live past Camelback now I don't care I ride the bus to get my hair done I will always go there as long I live in Arizona and this place is open:)
She does a great job!!! My daughter goes there too.
