I went in today to get my nails done me and my sister and this place showed absolutely The best customer service that I have had in a long time. I receive waxing services pedicure services and a full set with nail removal and it was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to sure that the service they provide it was amazing and everyone there was fun loving and kind! I will be back to see Hannah for my nails and Nick a.k.a. donut for my nails
I just walked out of this salon and in my 20 years of getting my nails done in 3 different states this is the worst!! I am not even sure if the person who did my nails ever got her training or license in Nail Tech. She never even bothered to file. My toe nails were cut and painted ! That's all she did. Even cutting my nails were not even!! We tried two different nail colors and both were old. They added acetone to the color to make it applicable. I don't even think the salon adheres to standard sanitizing procedures, none of the filing stuff seems clean and I asked her and she said we do clean them after every person!! When new customers walked in, they put them right next to me with No 6 ft distance. One of them didn't even have a mask on. Bottom line this ruined my whole day ! Oh and yeah just because i mentioned it at the end that do you guys even massage after filing my nails. They decided to massage my hands after they applied the color! The WORST !
Went in a few weeks ago Cindy did my full set, she did a wonderful job! It was exactly what I wanted! However I asked for an eyebrow wax first thing I say is please don't make them too thin. What does she do thins the hell out of them. Will never do it again there!
The owner is personable, kind and friendly.
The technicians are also friendly and do a
GREAT manicures and pedicures. We have been customers for many years because they do a fantastic job!!
This place has changed over the years. After the owner died and the son took over they have been losing good nail techs. Not sure what’s happening but it must not be good.
