I stopped in Sunday for a full set. The nail tech, who I'm assuming was the owner since no one else was in the salon, files and drills my nails before applying the clear tips. So far everything's good until I let her know that one of the tips on my left hand was crooked, she agreed so she clipped that one off and applied a new one. I look at my other hand and noticed two of the other tips were even worse. When I pointed this out she responds with "no I don't think so" and then I kid you not she says "I think your fingers are just crooked" I laughed out loud because I genuinely was shocked but humored at the same time. This must have upset her because it's at this point she begins clipping ALL of my nails off!! For some reason she keeps angrily saying "it's ok, it's ok" she drilled off the excess glue that was left behind and then walked me out. A very awkward encounter. I have lived across the street for nearly a year and almost never see clients here but now I think I know why.
Love this place. A little pricey for fills but I'm always happy with the customer service and my nails.
Had a Mani done and the lady chopped up my cuticles. I soaked, had oil on cuticles, lotion on hands, forearm, "Never Asked" with lotion on her hands she got up & started massage my shoulders, (now I have lotion on my jacket) my hands gritty, oily -yuck. Can I wash my hands please? Oh no you fine & painted my nails. I left upset very upset!

this is my first time here. it was a pretty good place to get your nails done. will be back.
It’s a really nice and lovely place but I feel like if you are African American they automatically do your nails wrong don’t care about how they shape it and they rush you or make you pay first. No one else pay but you how does that make someone feel it hurts cause you never been there before and never disrespected them it’s not cool to be part of the stereotype and all you’re wanting to do is get your nails done before your brothers funeral And I understand some African American get turned up and they have to have there Gerard up but not everyone is like that even though my nails got messed up I offered to pay I did not say I’m not going to pay not wants but I offered and I politely told them that I will be contacting stay bored because it’s not OK to be treated like that
