Went into the store and ordered like 7 things at the kiosk. Me and my GF were the only ones in the store at the time. We got the bag and by the time we got home we realized they missed 3 things in our order. How does that happen??? How? We were the only ones ordering at the time. How do you mess that up? When we called them they instantly said to come in and they’ll make what they missed. However, they were rude and unapologetic. Should have offered us a refund.
The hash browns are awesome service was the best employee kind and caring excellent quality food thank you very much.
We were greeted by a worker screeching out the name of a customer for an order. Also, the woman who took our order was distracted. Food was quick and decent - just an awful atmosphere.
I shouldn't have to risk my health picking up a mobile order
Homeless people always camp outside the entrance and beg for money. They always accidently get lettuce in the Quesadillas which makes me gag. It's obvious the people who work at this Taco Bell hate their lives. They literally make the experience as bad as possible so that they will have to do less work since you won't come in. The young black women they recently hired at the front counter rolled her eyes at me when I decided to order from the counter because that meant she had to actually work.
