Alex is knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent professional. I highly recommend Steam Plus to anyone with carpet cleaning and pet/child stain and odor removal needs. I actually just called him up yesterday to use his service again to clean our sectional couch and I’m looking forward to the same great results that we got the first time with the wall-to-wall carpeting in our house. Alex was amazing. He promised that he’d get the nasty stains and awful smoke out of the carpet. And he did. The job they did was pure professional. I wish he’d branch out to painting or small construction because I’d go with him. He has saved me easily $2k on new carpeting. I gave him 5 stars; I’d give him 10 stars if possible. He’s my hero for our family room.

Alex the owner of steam plus carpet cleaners was amazing!!!! He was very educational he takes great pride in what he does he takes time to talk to you about what services you need and where he needs to pay extra attention to he has tools to take out some stains that his carpet cleaner couldn't and let me tell you it turned out so beautiful I really was going to replace this carpet I'm so happy I found Alex because the carpet look brand new and smells so good!!!! And he also loves pets and he helped me move things that i need help moving because I had just moved into a condo and there were boxes I still had around and he moved them into the bathrooms for me where it was tiled!!! I recommend this company he was very professional he was dressed professional, educated about carpet and such a nice man I hope this helps anybody out there who's looking for a carpet cleaner you will not be disappointed I guarantee that!!!!

Alex was great! I just bought a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned up as the previous owners had dogs. He was able to remove the smell and clean stains. I am super happy with the results. I will definitely be going to Alex again in the future. Thanks again, Alex!!

Alex and team did a great job. I called hoping they could get in quickly and they were in my unit 2 days later. Not only did he clean the carpet well, but was friendly and attentive to my questions, giving time for all of them, which I appreciated. Very professional equipment and knowledge. Great job!
