Robin and Betty were great! Robin is always cheerful and Betty let me sneak in a few minutes early to pick up my items which was greatly appreciated! I've been to three different Klinke Cleaners and this one is the BEST in Madison!

I drop my dress shirts off on a regular basis and I have seen many staff members come and go over the years. But none of them have come close to the level of service that Robin provides. She is always cheerful and courteous and really goes the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with the service. She is a great asset and I will continue to be a loyal customer!
Robin is always a treat to talk to when I am dropping off or picking up my dry cleaning items. She remembers my name and is always so pleasant. Even with the construction, this is still the only place I will go. Thanks for always being a pleasure to work with Robin!
