So I travel for work Monday-Friday. It doesnt matter where I go, I always try to find a Kwik Trip near me. Even if there is a BP, Shell, Citgo etc. closer, and Kwik Trip is further, I always go to Kwik Trip instead. This was by far the worst one I have ever been to. Bathrooms were completely trashed. Food was burned and literally hard as a rock. I'm surprised but shouldn't be. After all, this is Madison, right?

I absolutely LOVE Kwik Trips in general! Their amazing customer service, delicious food yes you heard me the food here is quality and great, prices and cleanliness makes it my only gas station I go to in Wi.nnThis location in particular is my favorite as I frequent often, the staff here are truly the best that customer care has to offer. I was having issues with a deflated tire and unfortunately the air pump wasn't working well on it. So the manager used his own personal air compressor to fill my tire, the staff inside offered me coffee to warm me up. It was so unbelievably sweet and kind and confirmed why I love Kwik Trip employees!

Excellent, friendly, well-mannered, upbeat customer service. The lady who helped me, at the cash register, was incredibly patient with me, as I was figuring out how much $ I had, to use, on my debit card. Her attitude made my experience just so much brighter, as this was not the kind of behavior I'd typically expect from a cashier at a gas station. I was very impressed. This was the second time that a woman, working at this location, displayed such positivity and joy for being at her job. It makes all the difference, when people go above and beyond, to be friendly.
