I woke up at 3am with water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. After Turning the water off and calling to get quotes I choose them because one the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The men came and very respectful, did their job quickly and explained my water heater and answered my questions and they left. I Recommend them not only for their service but also for their value.
I rarely give poor reviews but we are incredibly disappointed. After a great experience with Avid in the summer to replace our water heater we figured we'd reach out to them first for plumbing needs. We had someone come out to give us an estimate on September 22nd and it's been over a month with no response. I've called twice to make sure there wasn't a miscommunication and nothing. It would have been nice to at least get communication that they didn't want to do this project if that was the case. Now we are a month behind from where we'd like to be.nnI appreciate the response. That is exactly why I called two different times to make sure there wasn't a miscommunication. I'm not sure how calling a third time will change anything. Just bummed, we know you guys do good work and we really wanted to work with you guys again.
Had a small leak that caused major damage in a house that we are renting from previous owner or tenant. Shane was super awesome and friendly about it. He fixed it very fast. Would recommend using them again
Eric (owner) runs an excellent business. They installed a tub and upgraded the plumbing for a bathroom renovation and it turned out great. They even fixed an issue with a shower trim I received from Delta. I would highly recommend Avid plumbing to anyone.
Showed up right at predetermined time, got right to work, did a great job! Employee they sent was kind and answered all of our questions afterwards. Quick, simple and affordable plumbing. Recommended!
