Greg is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He saved me money, gave good advice and was very prompt. I think he is outstanding.
My main water line backed up into my basement and some sewer water came up through a drain. I called John the next day and he was at my house within a few hours. He was prompt, efficient, and it was a reasonable price. He also wore a mask the entire time and was very courteous about us maintaining a 6 feet distance. He even cleaned up! I cannot recommend him enough!
This guy was a day late to begin (because his truck was in the shop) with, then the next time he set, up he was an hour late because of being blocked by a train! He offered to show me photos of the train. Really! Driving a beat up truck with no advertising shown. I had a slow draining laundry sink that I thought he could clean the drain. Nope! He just told me that my drain plumbing was done wrong. Then he went on to tell me that I had a cheap toilet (Kohler) also he is not a licenced plumber. And he charged me $160 for the (no) service call! Maybe he got some 5 star reviews because he was able to clear some badly clogged up drain systems? Never again!
Called him up with a drain that needed to be cleared and he was able to come out the same morning and clear it. Super fast and super helpful. Gave helpful tips on how to maintain and upgrade stuff too.
He came quickly and fixed a terrific plug for the price he stated. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. Oh, and he runs his auger like Eric Clapton plays guitar, no excess show, economy of effort, but precise and perfect.
