Sadly my experience at Best Cleaners was less than ideal. I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and experienced poor customer service on multiple occasions. My dress was placed under the incorrect name during intake (luckily I caught that mistake once home) and when I brought that to their attention the date to pickup my dress was pushed back by weeks once they fixed the error. When the date arrived to pick up my dress, it was not ready. Noone informed me of this however until arriving at the shop for pickup. After another almost 2 weeks when I finally arrived to pick up my dress they had difficulty locating it and when discussing the multiple miscommunication issues with the person behind the counter he was abrasive and rude. All the work done here, once it was done, was good and my clothes came out clean, however I will never be back due to the way that I was treated. That says more about a company than you can imagine. Very Poor communication skills.

During my wedding, someone unintentionally smeared makeup on my brand new, bespoke suit. After trying to wipe it off, the stain only got worse. I purchased the suit from Dar at Lucca Fine Men’s Clothing, and she recommended I take it to Best Cleaners. I acted on her advice and brought the suit to the Raymond Road location. The manager, Mona, wasn’t sure whether she’d be able to remove the stain but said she’d try her best. I was really stressed out, because I paid a considerable amount of money for the suit. But sure enough, Mona contacted me a few days later to inform me the stain had been removed. I’m grateful for her assistance and will definitely be returning to Best Cleaners!

Might be closed?nI've used them several times in the past - the pickup service is wonderful! But they missed my last requested pickup, which put us in the bind (we're attorneys and needed a particular piece for court the following week). From that point on, I have received no response to emails requesting pickup or asking if they were still in business/still doing pickup/is anyone even there anymore. Unfortunately, back to Klinke...

I have never used a dry cleaner before. I went there when my suit looked destroyed because I washed it instead of dry cleaning it. So I went to Best Cleaners holding my fingers crossed they could restore my suit. They did and I am very happy.

Excellent service and great price. Best Cleaners was able to accommodate my request for a earlier pick up without hesitation. They have wonderful people working there. I'm not usually a person that ask for a special request, but I really needed my suit and jacket for a special occasion.
