Great service! Our carpet is pretty much worn and we were not sure if it's worth to get it cleaned. After their service, we are very happy! Michael did wonderful job! I used chem dry of Madison today for the first time and am sincerely impressed by the quality of work, communication, professionalism, and outcome of cleaning both my carpet and sectional. Jason’s attention to detail in cleaning my sofa is what prompted me to draft this review. I asked for the service technician to wear booties and he showed up without booties. He was NOT told by the receptionist to wear the footgear. I sent him away and have not heard from Kim dry since. Very poore communications I sent him away and have not heard from Chem Dry since. Very poor communications.

I called ChemDry to have urine stains removed from the carpeting in an apartment. They guaranteed the stains and odor would be gone. After the first treatment and $265 later, the smell was severe and when I phoned, I was told to leave the windows open for a few days. I waited 2 weeks and the smell was still there. When I called, the employee came back and gave another treatment and the machine he used ripped up the carpet leading to the bedroom. When I moved from the apt 2 weeks later, I was charged $241 for new carpet. I called ChemDry who wouldn't stand behind their work and I'm now out $506. I do not recommend this company.
