Auto Spa Car Wash-Fitchburg/Madison

I used the touch-free car wash. I initially had some issues with my wash, but the owner was very receptive to feedback and helped resolve my concerns. I love supporting family-run companies, and I'll be returning to give the Auto Spa a second chance!

Nice place. It's fairly clean. Only problem I had was the coin slot in my stall wouldnt let the quarters drop. I had about 2.00 in there that never went down. No bill changer that gives you bills back. Ended up I had 18.00 worth of quarters left over. Cc scanner worked good.

This place deserves way more than 5 stars & Brent Kimbel is the owner who made a lifetime customer out of me! Here’s my story:nA few weeks ago, I went to Auto Spa and unfortunately some equipment damaged my car. My best friend told me car washes are use at your own risk and I should first read the signs next time. I saw no signs until I looked around again and sure enough, there’s a warning sign! I called the number and explained the situation to Mr. Brent Kimbel who told me, “Dont worry about it, take your car to whoever you want to fix it and I will take care of it.” WOW! First was my mechanic charged $250 but the part was unavailable. Toyota wanted nearly $500+ but Brent had no problem with that price and told me to go for it. I felt Toyota was overcharging so I continued to look around for a more reasonable price. When I found a better price, I called Brent and he paid right away, over the phone; no questions asked; paid in full... or so we thought! When I arrived to my car appointment, they eventually realize they ordered the wrong part. I again contacted Brent and asked if I should have them refund his money, since they got the wrong part it would be an additional $100+ Brent said, “No! Your car is still not fixed!” WOW!!! Two weeks later I show up to my appointment and they fix my car, I call Brent and he pays the remaining balance, again, immediately with no problem!nMr. Brent Kimbel has mastered the art of customer service. I am positive that had this situation arose anywhere else I would have been screwed! No other owner would have done this EVER! If you like people who put people over profits first then Brent is the man! Auto spa is my destination forever on. It’s nice to know good ppl with hearts still exist. Brent went over and beyond what I’ve ever seen any business owner even attempt! Give them a try, the quality alone is enough to keep coming back but Brent is who made me stay! Who knows, they may just make a lifetime customer out of you to!!!

A solid car wash with nothing too fancy or expensive. They seem to do a good job for a fair price.
