I have been using their self car wash bays for years. Under the new ownership, the changes have not been welcome. Some of the wash options (wax, spot-free rinse) no longer work. The biggest issue though, is that they have locked the exit garage doors. The layout of the property is designed for a drive/flow through pattern. I couldn't back out, as there was a car behind me using the vacuum. I asked one of the attendants on the oil change side for help, thinking he could open the exit door. Instead, he made the paying customer behind me move his car. Really disappointed.
