Sympathetic due to the fact that they are short staffed and I’ve worked in the restaurant business. However, 45 minute wait for some tacos? No way to get out of the drive through either - forced to be stuck in line. Someone get these workers some help. This has been an issue for a long time.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo. We ordered a Fill Up meal via drive up and returned home to discover we were missing half of what we expected. The one bag we got was large, we thought it had everything. My wife and I decided we must have misread what was included. A week later I stopped by for lunch and realized we were correct and they had shorted us half our $30 order. I mentioned it in the drive up and asked to talk to the manager. I was told we would have had to have called the night we ordered. So, basically, they refused to make it right but told me I could come back and talk to the general manager. Well, it turns out I paid with a credit card, so, I disputed the charge and will never go back. That poorly run of an operation, to literally miss half of a customer's order, is probably indicative of an operation that is run shoddily across the board, including sanitation and food prep. Beware.

This was the 3rd time I went there before 8pm and no one answers the drivethru.nnThis time 2 employees waved us away from the window like they wanted us to go away.nnThere was 3 other employees outside and what looked like people partying and drinking in the parking lot.nnIdk what the hell is going on here, but I haven't been able to successfully order food here the last 3 times i tried. I just wanted a taco man.

Last summer about this time I ordered a three taco meal and when I got to the window I asked for the sauce for my tacos,.and when I got home, I had my pop with my meal, that's fine, and I opened the bag, I had alot of sauce, BUT NO TÀCOS!!nLast winter I went and ordered a chicken meal with an extra side of Cole slaw, got home, no Cole slaw or biscuit that was included in the meal. Just last night on 7-21 I went through drive up, the line was long but I waited, and I ended up waiting in line for an hour because they could only take orders at the window, because of a broken speaker. So I finally got there to order, I ordered 2 chicken meals for me and my friend AT 8:03, AND THEY SAID I COULDN'T GET CHICKEN AFTER 8:00, I was in line for an hour just to be told I couldn't get chicken and just for 3 minutes to late, so I ordered, what I didn't want anyway, and when I got that home my soft tacos were poorly made and my friend had four piece chicken nuggets but with no sauce because they didn't have it, and ALL of our food ( hers and mine was cold) the service was poor after I waited in line for an hour only to get home with cold food that I didn't want anyway

I saw the manager coughing behind cash register towards the kitchen. several times and not covering her mouth. She was wearing a mask that was not fully covering her face when she came to the drive up window.nWhen I mentioned my concern to her, she became irate and belligerent and slammed the glass door to drive through window.nRegular staff was nice very nice.
