Terrible service!! Rude manager and didn't want to make 2 pizzas we ordered. They started mopping before making the pizzas!! Then refused to make the second. Threw our receipt and said we don't get it. It was 7:30 a half hour before closing. SHOCKED!! JUST SHOCKED on how aweful this whole experience was.
Enjoyed their pizzas for a long time (grew up with them), but the service on Jackson St went down hill fast. I recently made an online order and showed up over an hour after the pick-up window to find the pizzas were not ready yet. The associate brusquely told me she was the only person on staff and I'd have to wait while she prepared three other orders first, which would take about an hour. So I returned an hour later and my order still hadn't been prepared while there was new batch of customers now (also) waiting. I asked for the order to be canceled/refunded, got a brush off response from the same associate, and had to dispute the charge with my credit card when it still posted.nnEveryone has off days, but I won't be going back.
We lost our Pap Murphy's in Beloit. I hope Stoughton starts patronizing and realizes what a gem it is before they lose it.
I never write reviews, however this is the 4th time in a row we ordered without mushrooms and we always get mushrooms. The woman who took our order was really nice and efficient, she read back the order multiple times, and when I picked up the pizza she again re-read the order to me. But always wrong!! I don’t think this is a big request to ask for no mushrooms on a pizza and I don’t like giving bad reviews but 4 times in a row is more of a sequence than a mistake..
